Feel at
home with nature in the beautiful and unspoilt surroundings of the
Jura – an area of rolling wooded hills, lakes and picturesque
villages.
With direct access to Clairvaux lake, our customers appreciate both
the superb location of Camping Fayolan and the fine range of
facilities, including some new children’s activity areas. The
campsite’s own sandy beach is perfect for swimming, launching canoes
or sunbathing, whilst, just along the lakeshore there is a
spectacular diving platform and a water sports centre. The campsite
has a fantastic swimming pool complex including water slides, an
indoor pool and a Wellness Centre, making this an excellent resort
to stay at during low season. There is a lively high season
atmosphere with regular discos and other evening entertainment. Our
tents are sited in the spacious forest area, whereas our mobile
homes are located on both the higher terraces and on the lower areas
of the campsite. Much
of the stunning local scenery can be explored by bike or on foot and
just over
a mile away is the small market town of Clairvaux,
which has a 12th century castle and good restaurants.
Further afield is the walled city of Besançon or why not hop over
the border into Switzerland to visit Geneva.
