Venue Holidays will arrange and pay
for your transport from the meeting point to the allocated campsite.
-
Where do I live?
-
You will be provided with
accommodation in one of our fully equipped tents. Electricity & gas
are also provided by Venue Holidays.
-
Will I get any training?
-
Full training will be given on all
aspects of the job once you are at one of our campsites. This will
be undertaken by one of our area supervisors who all have experience of
working as a campsite courier.
-
Is there anyone there to help me if
something goes wrong?
-
There is always someone you can
talk to, whether it be your area supervisor or someone at the UK office.
Your area supervisor is there throughout the season to ensure that you
have all the support and assistance you may need.
-
Will I be
working on my own?
-
Venue Holidays operates on 24
campsites, the majority of these campsites being run by a single courier.
This means that we are looking for resourceful individuals who are
great at working under their own steam. However this does not mean
that you won't have any friends! Campsites are generally very social
places to be, and there will, of course, be other campsite staff for you
to socialise with.
-
Do I get a uniform?
-
Venue Holidays provides 2 polo
shirts, Venue fleece and a vest top.
-
How am I paid?
-
All seasonal staff are paid a
monthly salary directly into their bank account, you must make sure that
you have access to your bank account whilst you are abroad.
-
Can I work with my partner?
-
As previously mentioned we only
have a limited number of vacancies for 2 courier sites. If you are
interested in running a campsite as a couple you are advised to apply as
early as possible.
