Price Advice

Our camping and mobile home holidays are flexible and can start and finish on any day of the week. Our prices are based on a 3-night holiday, but you can of course stay for as long as you wish, subject to availability. The minimum stay is 3-nights at each resort.  

·         Take the base price from the season in which your first night at the resort is taken.

·        For longer holidays add the extra night rate according to the season in which these nights are taken. As the base package is for 3-nights, extra nights will be added from night 4 of your holiday.

·         Prices include any mid-week return saver fare Dover-Calais with P&O Ferries or SeaFrance.

·         Add on any travel supplements (click here for the Travel Guide) or deduct £50 if you don’t require a Channel crossing.

·         The Channel crossing operators include varying party sizes in their prices (click here for the Travel Guide).

·         In respect to the accommodation our standard package includes 1 car, 2 adults and up to 4 children (under 18).

·         Extra person £8 per night (where permitted) plus any additional ferry charges (see Travel Guide).

·         Campsites may impose their own restrictions on party size regardless of the capacity of our accommodation.

·         Extra cars are permitted on certain campsites only. There will usually be a charge payable on arrival at the campsite. An additional Channel crossing will cost £90 plus supplements (see Travel Guide).

·         Venue Holidays do not supply mini-tents but you are welcome to bring your own where allowed – see resort pages. The campsites may charge you a fee for your mini-tent. You must keep your tent, car, outside furniture and belongings within the confines of your pitch.

·         Pets are allowed in our tent accommodation on certain campsites only. Venue Holidays charge £20 damage insurance on each pet and campsites and ferry operators may charge additional fees.

WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES

·         An equipped tent or mobile home (see pages 4 – 6) and any mid-week return saver fare Dover-Calais with P&O Ferries or SeaFrance.

·         Campsite fees to include 1 car, 2 adults and up to 4 children.

·         Campsite pool facilities are included but other sporting activities and services may cost extra.

·         VAT and all local taxes.

·         The gas, water and electricity that you use on the campsite.*

·         Venue Holidays representative service.

* At Camping Ca’ Savio there is an additional campsite charge for the electricity used to supply the air conditioning in the Grand 800-3 mobile homes.

Booking with Venue Holidays

If you would like any more information about our holidays please do not hesitate to contact us. Because all our holidays are individually tailored to our customers’ needs, we do not operate an online booking system.

To make a booking please contact us by phone, fax or e-mail with details of your holiday requirements. You will be given our current availability and a quotation. Depending on how busy we are at your selected resort our current availability may not match your exact request and you may be asked to accept alternative dates that fit in with our existing confirmed bookings. Consequently the earlier you book the more chance you have of securing the exact holiday that you want. When you are happy with our offer, you can make a no-obligation provisional booking prior to paying your deposit. We can only accept one provisional booking per party. When you make a provisional booking you will be given a time limit in which you should pay your holiday deposit. We accept payment by UK cheque (payable to Venue Holidays Ltd), debit card, cash or postal orders. We also accept credit card payments by Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Electron cards.

There is a charge of 2% (minimum charge £2) on credit card payments. There is no charge for payment by debit card.

Damage Waiver

In order to maintain the high standards of our accommodation and equipment, a £16 non-refundable Damage Waiver will be added to your holiday cost, to cover any accidental loss or damage to our tents, mobile homes or equipment during your holiday. If you do not pay the damage waiver, you will be asked for a damage deposit of £160.

Cleaning

Our tents and mobile homes are cleaned and maintained prior to your arrival. If you are not happy with the standard of preparation of your accommodation you should tell our campsite representative immediately. We would ask you to leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy state.

Before you reserve your holiday, we advise you to read our full booking conditions.

Below is a list of information to have handy when making your booking:

• Full names of all party members and ages of children under 18.

• Full postal address including contact telephone number.

• Which campsite you would like to book, type of accommodation and arrival and departure dates.

• Whether you require an overnight hotel stop on the way to your chosen campsite, and if so, where you would like to stop.

• If you require a ferry crossing which route, dates and times of travel.

• Vehicle details - Make, Model and Registration number. Please let us know if you require high space (if your vehicle is over 1.83metres) if you are carrying a roofbox, or bicycles on top or at the back of your vehicle.

• If you are flying and would like to book car hire through us please inform us of your flight details.

• Please let us know whether you would like to book linen and/or a baby pack.

• Insurance - If you would like to book Travel and Vehicle Breakdown Insurance, we will need full names of each member of the party plus the ages of children under 18 as well as vehicle details (make/model, registration number and year). Please note Vehicle Breakdown Insurance can only be sold in conjunction with our Travel Insurance and not on its own.
