Just
10 miles from Annecy, Camping Les Fontaines is located amidst the
green Alpine meadows and towering peaks of the Haute-Savoie. There
are stunning views from all areas of the campsite, but especially
from our 2-bedroom mobile homes that are located on the higher
terraces. Our tents and 3-bedroom mobile homes are situated in the
lower camping areas. This quiet, cosy resort has some good sports
facilities, a heated swimming pool, a 4-lane slide and water chute,
an exciting children’s pool and a whirlpool. The daytime
entertainment (during high season) includes activities such as aqua
aerobics and archery. Near the campsite you can pick up the cycle
path to Doussard, which is a pretty little town just 3 miles from
the campsite. The crystal clear lake is fantastic for swimming, with
diving platforms and grassy sunbathing areas. At Doussard there is a
large water sports centre, for tuition and boat hire. From here you
can also take a stroll through the natural wilderness of the beaver
reserve. The mountains provide for superb walking and all manner of
exciting sports are available, such as summer luging, paragliding,
canyoning and white water rafting.
